Yes, different meds target different types of flukes. You can only know (since we do not have access to accurate lab / scanning) what works by rotating antithelmintics. Don’t be discouraged! Yes, you were/are infected with muliple things. But the herbs and meds are working for you. This is great. I can only tell you what I would do. I would use a round of each med or med-combination to see which ones had an effect. Then I would concentrate on rounds of those meds until nothing further came out. Then I would wait a week or two and do one more round just to make sure. Since you do not have Vermox or Egaten yet then you could try another round of prazi and alben while waiting...after waiting a week to take a break from the albendazole. My pers ...

Perhaps you are thinking of a liver flush to get all the flukes out but I wouldn’t think that would be a good idea. It would not get them all. It takes months to clear flukes so just gotta be patient and keep treating again and again. I took meds with small breaks here and there for months without problems. There are a couple of types of tapes. In my experience, the big ones look like white ribbons. About 1/5 of an inch wide. And not transparent at all. And you can clearly, clearly see the segments. Each segment is about 1/2 an inch apart. So it looks like a string of linguini with lines (indentations) every 1/2 inch or so. The head is a distinct white round globe at one end that is about 1/6 to 1/4 inch in diameter. Forgot one bit... I meant to also say that if you have a light breakfast with the niclo this does not need to affect what you have for lunch/dinner etc. For those meals you can just eat normally. Yes, it is very scary not to know what you have. It sounds to me as though you had pinworms but now there is something else... It is possible that it is nana tapeworms? They can be skinny, trasparent (not cream colored like pinworms). And depending on their size..they could be one inch to 5 inches long with a roundish head at the end? Just a suggestion... You know, pinworms are not usually an inch long. They are cream colored. Immature ones are quite small. Males adults are about a 16 of an inch of an even diameter. It would go away as soon as I passed a few flukes and come back when others would shift to block the billary tree (so bile cannot leave the liver properly). There are often high numbers of flukes. Egaten should be swallowed whole. It is another med that is best taken with a fatty meal. The fat and carbs allow the med to have 2 to 3 times the absorption. I would take it with some carbs and 3 tablespoons of olive oil - that was fairly simple for me to do. Also, I found they would come out over several weeks. At one point I had had a blocked feeling in my biliary duct. Thanks for your post. I am so glad you are having some results. Pyrantel Pamoate does paralyse them for about 12 hours. The hope is that you will then eliminate them while paralysed. An update on how to I got rid of pinworms in the vagina. Not suggesting anyone else does this but this is what worked for me. As an aside, most people would probably just respond to oral medication to address the issue in any body area, but that was not the case for me. ICU set up a very good list of protocols. Often the prescription of meds that doctors suggest is on the light side. And it is better to really address the parasites to truly eradicate them. I would suggest not being afraid of the meds. You take them for a temporary time and no one is reporting negative after effects. The parasites are more scary. Below is the link. References below. The short answer on albenza and grapefruit is yes. The med is release into the system faster but has a shorter half life. No info on iver and grapefruit. But certain types of orange may have a negative effect on Iver. I had a unique experience. When I took Albendazole with grapefruit it was too much for me. Dizzy. Blurred vision. This did not happen for me with the fatty meal. However, my liver is profoundly compromised by the extensive liver fluke infection (which is now improved but not over).
