I may only be a child still and i have suffered sexual abuse to both of my brothers for 5 years, i spoke out this christmas and i am recieveing councelling. I think councelling is a positive step forward into rebuilding your life and i haven’t had much councelling, but talking about what happened and having someone who will listen and not judge you is a big help. I think it will help you and work even if you haven’t told your family about the abuse.
