I did this near the end of my 4 weeks on H/W as I was not having any die off to speak of and I was concerned that my previous back to back cleansing had made me too resistant even with the 90 day waiting period. Gerson Therapy recommends taking castor oil every other day, 2 tblspns, with a parasite cleanse/coffee enema. Just make sure it’s a hexane free brand. I use Palma Cristi. several on this string were asking about whether castor oil is ok to take internally and how often, etc. I found my ”recipe” for this in The Gerson Therapy book titled, The Gerson Therapy. It has you do this in conjunction with a castor oil enema. I’ve done this during my last week of Humaworm cleanse and I think it definitely aggitated something in my ab. Those using the Gerson Therapy, described in the book of the same title, have up to 4 coffee enemas per day. I know people who have beat their cancer and are in ”maintenance mode” of one per day. I hear of no side effects from them. I tried the Gerson approach for a while but it’s a very intense method for parasite removal. When doing this I had no problems doing them daily. It takes time and supposedly can be addicting, but I quit cold turkey with no problem except for a detox headache. I’d recommend tapering off to avoid the headache. -Almost There   [End]

Hi RE, Have you tried zapping them? It seems to me this might be good as zapping works best for those critters outside the intestines. Maybe you’d need to do this when they are not in your throat or breathing passages so that you don’t choke on them if they do die! Still might be worth trying it to get the most annoying ones out of the way... You can buy a zapper on ebay for $10. I have one that cost around $65 and it has the wrist straps so I use it when I go to bed and take it off after an hr. It does not neg. impact my lifestyle at all. I agree with keeping your pets, but also using some of the common sense in Hulda’s book. I made cozy pillow beds with removable/washable covers for my two scotties. They much preferred sleeping on our beds, but for me and my family to get well it was necessary. I keep them in the hallway out side our doors at night and wash their beds regularly. According to Hulda their dander can host the ascaris eggs. So dust is not good and I don’t think it’s easy to keep from breathing their dander if they are in the same room with you at night. Yes! My daughter had Hashimoto’s cured when her parasites were gone. Our Naturopath muscle tested her and found this to work. I also had Grave’s Disease 5 years ago and it was reversed with a Chinese herbal supplement, but I am sure an an autoimmune disease it was initially brought on through the parasites. I took the bowel program several times with no noticeable results. I also did the Clarkia drops several times with no major improvements. It took doing the CQ10, then the ozonated olive oil/L-Cysteine before I noticed a huge amount of cleansing results. If I were to try it, I’d definitely look at the weight charts she shows for the drops and not exceed those for your daughter’s weight. Hi Juliet, similar to you I have the dark circles - mainly under and on the inside of my eye area and they are bluish and definitely vein-ish. I’ve also been pale, but that is now pretty much gone now. I’ve been doing a lot of cleansing and finally am making major progress.
