Happy New Year I have an EcoloBlue atmoshperic water generator(it makes pure water from the humidity in the air, 7 gallons a day). I want to start storing water in 5 gallon glass containers. A year ago I was taking armour thyroid for an underactive thyroid. I had been hypo for about 3 years and wasn’t taking much, about 1/2-1.0 grains a day. TSH, T4 & T3 were all in optimum range. My tibetan spaniel (looks like a pekingese) has had allergies since he was a puppy. He’s now 11 yrs old. He chews his feet until they’re raw and I know that’s food allergies. I plan on starting a colon cleanse soon with products from Arise & Shine. It’s a month long cleanse. I’m also doing my sea salt loading and iodine every morning. Thank you for dong that. Currently my husband and I have 2 dogs and 2 cats we rescued off the streets plus a dog and a cat we purchased as babies living in our house. Thank god we have a big house and back yard. In the past we’ve rescued 8 other animals that eventully died in our care due to previous neglect. When i started iodine 2 mths ago after about a week I got a really big sty on my lower lid. I’m prone to stys, get them every couple of months but this one was different, detox maybe. I just put warm compresses on it by standing over the bathroom sink and used a cotton ball while warm water runs in the sink and apply it to my eye. I take my iodine with Mountain Valley Spring distilled water. I’ve always been a little reluctant to go distilled all the way. Never could find good info on the pros of distilled only the negative but it didn’t make sense to me that distilled water would leach minerals out of the body. After reading the posts and doing research sounds like Iodoral is more effective than Lugol’s in getting iodine levels up. Anyone had a better result from just taking Lugol’s?
