Well, I have taken bentonite and psylium since December and have not had any muciod plaque or clay remains in my bowel movements. I have chronic IBS, and it has helped with bulking up, I stopped sugar about 1 month ago, not including fruit, or if in whole weat breads... just less breads... and little to no white flours. I can’t answer many of your questions but #3 I think it is safe to stay out till your skin is slightly pink. For very fair during the summer it could be 15min. For darker complected it could be 45min, all depends on your skin. SUN doesn’t cause skin cancer IMO. I believe it is the sunscreen and bad diet that causes skin cancer. I use 1 TBL/8oz of water 2-5 times per day. I take it before food. From Dec-feb I took it by itself .., from Feb till now I do the P&B shakes. I noticed immediate relief from my gastritis. Yes, I bought the cleaning stuff, too, but have not used it. You should not drink the first gallon of water. Every week, I put about 1/4 cup of vinegar and some water -- a cup or two -- into the kettle and let it sit for an hour or two and then wipe it clean with a sponge. I did not clean it for a couple of weeks the first time and I had to do the vinegar and water a couple of times. Much better than commercial cleaners. Having been immobilized before, YOU should definately move your ankle everyday! Do circles each way and back and forth or regaining the mobility will be very very hard.... this is assuming it is not broken... which is seems as though it may not be. Hi MH I was refered over to this forum, I had a question about the TINY paracites....... mycoplasma, I was given a live blood analysis by my ND and he said I have mycoplasma in my blood, when we looked at them they (at least one) looked donut shaped, when they turned you could see thru them, I did not see ANY in my blood cells themselves. He prescribed Aerobic Oxygen drops and Ultra MFP. He did not know or would not tell me what TYPE of mycoplasma I had, and a test to check I found out was over $100. Thanks so much for your detailed post. I am not sure what type of mycoplasma I have. The ND either wouldn’t tell me or didn’t know. It appeared as a donut type shape. I did not see any IN my red blood cells, all the ones I saw were out of the cells.. in fact I don’t remember seeing more than one. I agree with you on the live blood analysis that it can be done incorrectly.... thank goodness I have some biology experience. Ok I had some more strings,.... only 1-2 with each BM, they are not long and are translucent or whitish, with fluffy parts to them. Is this candida? It is not a worm, I took it out and looked at it. Does anyone have picks of eliminated candida? If it was be I would be safe, and only do the Psylium Bentonite. as others may get into your system so much it would effect the baby. If you get a constipated effect, you may also be wanting to take a laxitive tea which would also effect nursing. You might just want to WAIT till you are done nursing. I was at your point last year, and desided to wait instead. The biggest thing you can do right now is small dietary changes, nothing drastic as also what you eat may effect the babe. Hi again, I found out I have mycoplasma.. not sure the type. Does the typical parasite cleanse kill these also? they are about 1 10th the size of E.coli... about the size of viruses. I was reading up on GE-132, which is an ingredient in Oxy-Powder and not in Colosan, and all the benfits it provides to the body. I also read, while doing this research, that GE-132 is used as an oxygen facilitator. I can imagine this is an advantage of oxy-powder over colosan. Any opinions on this? Bobby   [End]

Ok My live blood showed I have water parasites (and also reaffirmed current health issues). my ND wanted to give me a med for the parasites plus drops for my water. My son has his reaccur occasionally and he is 2 1/2 now, as a baby he had it all over his body also.... I DITTO THE OMEGA 3’s Take 1 TBL of flax seed oil/day for 7 days should go away on its own! in the mean time I give him colloidal oatmeal baths, wash all bedding, clothes in an allergy free fragarence free detergent.. don’t give acidy foods as those irritate him.... and lather him with lotions, vit E, or other things to protect his skin   [End]

I have been having that trial too. The first I had was metamucil but wanted something without sugar, so went sugarfree Citrucil till I realized it had asperteme. The metamucil worked well, but I switched to Yerba brand and this stuff gives not as easy bowels, so am getting the powder rather than the husk, hopefully that will help. Otherwise i am on to something else too. least I got out some plaque....... I started in Nov or December. with just the psylium, in Dec added the Bentonite.. a couple weeks ago I found this rite again and started taking them as a shake.   [End]

Ok I have IBS, gastritus.. both diagnosed in 1990, Chronic EBV, migraines since 2000 and a car accident (Chriropractic helps and they are better for the most part), allergies since childhood, and asthma (since 1998 or so). Cleanse wise I have been taking Psyllium Husk 1 TBL in water, 1-3 times per day for 3months. Also have been taking probiotics. There are so many brands as well as so many PROBIOTICS themselves how do you choose or how to practioners choose which to use? Currently I was prescribed to take the douglaslabs brand of multi-probiotics but it is way expensive comapared to one that Owen recommended.
