Hmm.. yes.. can you say how you know toxic bile is eliminated... just down to the smell? Also... and this is off topic so may be erased... what about lymph stagnation... if the lymph is flowing clearly then the bile should not be toxic... and therefore the stones are less likely to form irrespective of the flushing? Yes, I think there have to be various ways to cleanse the liver of stones.. and I also believe we have to listen to our bodies.. so if it’s making you puke and you’ve found an alternative.. all well and good. I too think I may have found a gentle way by externally applying castor oil and getting in the far infrared sauna for half an hour.. need more experimentation yet. What I’m saying though does not denounce the fact that people have calcified stones from long term residence of the stones in gb and liver, that parasites and flukes may be present in some, that some who don’t get stones may be not flushing them out OR do not have any OR are not reacting to the flush by producing them.... Well I know there have been doubts and questions about the composition of stones that we flush out. This isn’t another one of those! Anyone know whether a backed up lymph/stagnant flow could lead to liver stones (on account of half the lymph being produced in the liver)? As I understood it the important thing about rebounding is the antigravity effect you get from jumping on the surface of something bouncy... just as you rebound that’s when you get the effect... this doesn’t come with jumping over a rope unless you’re on a rebounding surface. Castor oil packs over liver area is reputed to dissolve them. Am experimenting with this now.. for stagnant lymph mostly.. but will do another oolj flush in a month as a way of checking. Also regularly drinking one whole lemon (unwaxed) blended with 1 tbs olive oil and 1 cup of water (after blending, sieve the pulp out).. is again another reputed way.. slower and more gentle. It’s very much horses for courses though. Hmm.. I’m still experimenting. But I wondered whether simply massaging it in would affect the superficial lymph channels nearer the surface of the skin.. and therefore be effective if that’s where blockages were; whilst using heat would take the co down to deeper levels, deeper channels and the organs.. hence the heat would be needed to affect the liver intestines etc, or the lymph vessels closest to these organs. As far as I understand it the apple juice is for the malic acid. There’s also malic acid in lemon rind, or is it the pith. In any case there is a recipe that calls for blending the whole lemon.. juice, pith, rind and seeds.. and then sieving the results. I’m currently experimenting with this.. but unfortunately also put the oo in with the mixture and ended up after refridgeration with a solid mousse which has to be eaten with a spoon... this means you can’t down the lot in one go.. so I’m eating it over several days to see what happens!   [End]

Have you come across the idea that with some folk, following gallbladder removal the, I think it was common bile duct, actually morphs to form a little sac or pseudo gallbladder? Now if that aint wonderful I don’t know what is... and if the body could talk wouldn’t it be saying how narked it was that it had the gb cut out and has to work extra hard to rebuild another one?!! If you’re into making stuff at home you could brew kombucha (very easy and not time consuming when you know how and use the continuous fermentation method, and costs the price of a few teaspoons of tea and a cup of sugar once every week or so). Yes, it’s confusing isn’t it! I’ve also come across recipes that call for drinking the oo/lj WITH each meal and then again before bed. Re the pressure idea.. surely drinking a lot of oo as we do in the flush is going to put pressure on the liver to produce and shed it’s load of bile? Also, even eating fat for brekky and using up some of the bile doesn’t mean that there will be less of it when the oo comes along! You could vary slightly the ratio of oo to juice.. getting a tarter concoction but with little to no oil taste. I personally found that 125ml lemon juice with 175 ml oo (making 300ml) resulted in no oil taste/sensation. I also found that changing the oo to different brands (not sticking with the same one for more than a few flushes) is almost like starting afresh. Good luck.   [End]

Hi folks I’ve done 9 flushes now all with different results. First 2 were green, others have been whitish/cream. Last one, I happened to eat about 6 or 8 radishes after the oil flush.. Yes lunari... I’ve been trying and erroring for 4 years! But liver flushing is new to me.. I’ve done 7 so far... but 3 to 5 days apart. Yesterday after the es I actually passed quite a lot of small stones over the course of the whole day. I might try normal non vinegar kombucha mixed with the olive oil when I do another in a couple weeks. I am drinking what’s called activated water... I know what you mean Hanna. I often find there is a choice between organic fruit which is really watery or unripe, eg avocados in former case and cucumber in latter OR non organic but ripe. I’m learning that, despite the chemical cocktail that non organic can offer the body, that its preferable to the other... a question of nutients plus poisons as opposed to no poisons but no nutrients AND AS IMPORTANTLY, antinutrients..which act like poisons anyway. It was just I have the Kombucha always to hand and it is healthy and contains glucoronic acid to aid liver detox anyway. I haven’t been using any epsom salts.. only enemas, but may try the former. If the main purpose of the lemon juice is to stop us bringing the oil back up could I use kombucha vinegar instead.. mixes well with olive oil... my first flush I tried this and actually liked the taste... and got my largest stone to date (3.2cm). However a subsequent flush with the vinegar was disgusting (I was using a different olive oil). Each flush (I’ve done 6) seems to get worse. I used lemons on the other 4. I read somewhere that magnesium sulphate is best absorbed via the skin (baths) I was wondering what it is exactly that the ES does when swallowed, apart from move the bowels. There seems to be some debate over whether it relaxes and dilates the ducts... Hulda doesn’t seem to say in her book. Anyone tried using the Valkion device or its copies such as Airnergy? Can’t find reference to it here and wondered. It’s supposedly inhaling the energy that is used to create singlet (excited) oxygen.. which is then given off as the SO relaxes back to ground state. I did read recently about a link between typhoid fever and the formation of stones... and doesn’t HC speak of liver flukes?
