I know how you feel--I just finished day 2 and I think, for me, the hunger is more of a mental than a sensory challenge--does that make sense? So today I cooked enough for my non-cooking DH to make it through a few days-- I made organic oatmeal with currants, teriyaki turkey burgers, organic baked potatos, sausage, bacon hard boiled eggs, broiled chicken plus lots of munchies like baby carrots and celery. I like ALL of that food frankly but while I was making it this morning and sipping my lemonade I was not hungry for it.
