My childhood dentist (birth to 16) used amalgam fillings and my dad still goes to him. My dentist now, does not use any mercury in his fillings, and suggested that I get mine taken out, or I could just wait until they start to come out on their own and he will put in some that are free of mercury. I tried oil pulling for a few days with no results. I realize a few days is not enough time to make a difference, but I stopped because the olive oil tasted so bad. With the situation that you have described, I think that it would be wrong not to go to a general practioner, or your daughter’s pediatric physician. If it is a clearly visible problem, such that you have described, the doctor will probably have a fix for it. Has anyone actually gotten rid of their acne from liver flushes? I am considering trying it. But I also think that my acne is caused by candida. I have had this too. It is probably seborrheic dermatitis. I have gotten it to go away after taking anti-fungal medication. I am still trying to find a cure for it, because it always seems to come back after a while. You can talk to your general doctor, but he will probably tell you to try using Head & Shoulders, or Selsun Blue, or some other over the counter shampoo first, and they usually do help, so you might want to try that.   [End]
