Sure, Rawfasting. I plan on doing a light soup at first- day one, day two and three I will eat a grilled chicken salad and fruits only the size of a saucer plate I will eat out of. (I do have all my saucer plates ready lol!) I will eat very slow and I take my multivitamin supplements and others. By day four I want to eat more normal but in small portions. Hey Everyone!! Surprising I reached my weightloss goal 12 days before my Fine Line, but... I still need to drop 2 dress sizes. Hi Isobel, I enjoy telling you and others my experience. When I was on a water/ grapefruit juice fast a while back. The first 3 days on and off I felt hunger and emptiness feeling, slight nausea . I then said a little prayer to God to help me and give me strength to see my goal through. Hello. I know that a water fast suppose to be pure and really add nothing to it. So therefore your body can work at it’s optimal level at cleansing a removing heavy mucus from your stomach lining so that when this is done and you return to taking vitamins it will be more effective, with you seeing and feeling the difference and the absorbtion is greater. You are doing great . The hunger pains will decrease to noe in 3-4 days and you should not feel the pain and your body won’t be focused on it either, it will get use to it sorts speak. This is my single advice I don’t beleive you shopuld use any subsitute sweetners on a water fast. A water fast is a Pure experience. How are you doing. This is my Second day- going on 72 hours soon. I am doing okay. I focus more on my daily duties and doing activities with my children . And next thing you know time for bed time we say our little prayer and off to dreaming anmd tghe next day begins. Hello. Dana A water fast is good for up to 40 days only at a time. Do not go past this or the body can break down and take your fasting and concider it as starvation and this resulting in death.
