I am not comfortable calling it ”detox”. Maybe a new word needs to be introduced. Common signs of common detox symptoms lasted only as long as a person was fasting or taking an herb, etc. If it was detox, if a person stopped taking MMS they should get almost immediate relief from symptoms, eh? Hi, I get the leg pains, I know the hard cramping, so bad you cannot even lay down. My teenage daughter got major serious leg pains on MMS. She does not get leg pains. Leg pains was new to her. Hi Ananda, I have eaten with and without food. At high dose, I felt I must eat food. The rule is not with Vitamin C within a 4 hour period of time. But do take Vitamin C daily if you can. It is very possible that your MMSed body is craving water. My best advice for you or anyone is to do what I am doing, try to incorporate Scott (idsfireguy’s) dietary ways as much as possible. The good fortune of being older is I know my body. I have had similar sensations but worse once before. It was after I completed a cup of coconut oil liver flush.
