I am wondering if my regular general practioner(MD) is the one that does the colonic, and if not then who?? Look in the phone book under Colonic Irrigation. I just started using the coffee enema with sea salt and baking soda (Mae West enema). My plan is to do the coffee enema each morning. Should I follow with a new bag of clear water? Everything you just wrote applies to a cleanse I did just last night. I didn’t get stones this time at all (6th cleanse)However, I got a crampy feeling and the light-colored stool. Has anyone been on the fast long term? How long can one stay on the fast? I was planning to be on it for 90 days or until all the pain from Fibromyalgia and excess weight is gone, a size 10. I was a size 24 and my clothes are fitting loser. I have been going through a healing crisis for 7 days, I have been sick to my stomach and tired. I use a Chi Machine 15 minutes 1-3x’s aday . I began my 1st cleanse yesterday at 2 pm. I had a colonoscopy on tues. so I felt I was rather ”clean”. I didn’t do a parasite cleanse as the gall bladder pain has been so intense for such a long time that I decided to just go for the gall bladder cleanse. I have filled a small jar with very large, green gall stones. Some of the 20 or so larger stones that I kept were as big as my thumb nail (about 3/4” long). I did two cleanses and did them under the advice of my Doctor. He did not have me do the morning after Epsom Salt drinks. I didn’t get out ANY stones. I waited a few weeks and did it again...exactly this time...and still NO stones. My liver function blood tests are elevated and I just had a test for Hepatitis A, B and C. Waiting for the results. Thanks for this board. I went for two Colonics one week apart before my Liver Flush. The day of my Liver Flush I went to the Colonics person and had a coffee enema followed by a colonic cleansing. That day I only ate toast with a bit of jam, lettuce with no dressing and a few spoonfuls of mixed fruit salad. Had nothing to eat after 1 pm, had the enema and colonic at 2, did the Epsom mixture at 6 and 8 and then the grapefruit/olive oil at 10 and laid flat til 1 am!
