Hi Vegangirl, I have just started a 30 day juice-fast and recommend it highly over a water-fast. This will be my 20th fast, averaging one per year. Once I have finished the juice-fast I plan to eat only raw vegetables and fruits for several weeks then progress to a macrobiotic diet. Hi Tranquility, You are so lucky to have discovered this forum prior to any surgery. I only wish I had discovered it beforehand because I would not have had the surgery done. Yes, I had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Oct, and it’s not always the quick, easy surgery that they lead you to believe. I would not be using it if it says ”for external use only”. That is written on the package for a reason. I’ve found the ES for the bath that says exactly that, and I found the bottle of ES that gives the instructions to use as a laxative. So, I would not be using the bath salts as a laxative.   [End]

Obviously, you did not understand my post the way it was meant to be understood. I was stressing how quick many Americans have forgotten what Canadians have done for them in the past but are now being ridiculed because we aren’t part of the coalition. Whether or not what is happening in Iraq is right or wrong was not my issue - everyone has his/her own opinion. And it was a Canadian who got those US hostages free. It was Canadians who came so quickly to the aid of all those Americans stranded during 9-11 when their flights from overseas were not allowed to land in the US. And rightly so, Canadians did what they should have done during such a tragedy. I mixed mine with grapefruit juice and didn’t have a problem getting it down. I did the cleanse using the olive oil followed by lemon juice (at 15 minute intervals). That was horrid. I could not finish the whole thing. The next time I will do Dr. Clark’s cleanse mixing the olive oil with grapefruit juice.   [End]
