Hi ! I’ve done 19 liver-flushs and nearly always followed the Hulda Clark protokoll, that means the simple Epsom salt and Olive-Ol/grapefruit-juice thing. As far as my understandign of the functioning of the liver flush ist, your flush will only work partially. You should not eat any fat during the day to build up bile in you rgallbladder. If you have eaten fat during the day, some bile has already been used on that fat, and the flow of bile after the OO/GF drink won’t be that strong any more. Don’t be angry with yourself. Yes, it works. I have an old book on the liver and there is a recipe with only oil. the book is from the late Swiss Phytotherapist Alfred Vogel. He writes first to clean the intestines with soaked dried plums and freshly grinded flax seed ( I thought the flax seed should not be grinded to empty the intestines - but that is what he writes!!!). Hi you all! Perhaps some of you remember, that I described that I got more and more tired after each liver flush. I ate lot of nuts and cheese. A friend told me, I could suffer from potassium deficiency. Ok. This night I did my 8th flush. No stones, I mean there was nothing, that deserves the name ”stone”. Some tiny little things. Virtually nothing. Hi A friend of mine did her first liver fllush this saturday/sunday. Sh had diarrhea until this morning. Her flush was extremely successfull with more or less one glass of very small yellow stones coming out (1 mm in diameter) and some peqa-sized. The first flush I did on a saturday evening, during sunday the stones came out and I still felt very tired even on monday. Thank you, Johnny! That is what I think too - that to weigh the stones brings more than to count. The stones of flush 6 were the first I weighed. I had 13 grams on the balance and considered that about 2 grams had been lost. Today I thougt, it was only about 5 grams - until I weighed it. Hi! I did my 7th flush yesterday/today. Out came about 80 small stones, with a few a little bigger, and many not counted very small ones (smaller than 2mm or 0.1 inch). In total it must have been about 10 grams (0.33 oz) that have come out. My best result was my 6th flush with 15 grams (0.5 oz). ”Bittersalz” is ok, but not the 30 grams..... Using the Clark-recipe I took 1 Tablespoon per dose - that is aproximately 15 grams. As you take 4 dose of ”Bittersalz”, that is 60 grams. So you break the ”enterohepatic cycle” (toxins coming from the liver into the gut, beeing reabsorb into the body and going to the liver, beeing brought into the gut, beeing reasbsorbed and so on....). I was released from the hospital today, after beeing admitted two days ago with severe gallbladder pains. The ultrasound showed two stones 1,9 and 1,4 cm, one of them stuck in the begunningof the duct, of course causing the pains.
