Have stuck to a very clean diet, lots of raw fruits and vegtables, NO meat or dary, all organtic. I know it sounds like rabbit food, well it is. Hello all, I have written my complete stroy, a few forums ago. I did the O.J. for the forst 3/4 of day one. Then I ate some raisins and cranberries, mabey 5 each. Then day 2 I had about 2-3 pints of O.J throught the day, impimented split pea soup (all organic, homemade) vegtable broth, raisins and some veggies steamed. I’m on day three and had some fruite this morning, some steamed veggies, I’ll have soup later. I have felt no cramping or any discompfort.   [End]

The way that I have been doing it from the start is I pre make the night before 2 1.5 liter bottles. I put 4 lemons in each, 30 drops of cyanne tictin, and 5 table spoons of suryp. And drink a gallon of water a day. That’s it. Exercise I do moderatly, I do not go to a gym, I do cardio, walking and just yesterday I started playing raqueet ball, my friends are really amazed with the energy, so am I. Oh yeah I’m always on the go the only time I really rest is at night when I lay down for bed. I don’t have an office job, where I sit all day. I hope this helped. Thanks for your message.

Hello, Thank you to all. I am on day 5. Going good. I am so supprised that I have not been hungary once, don’t get me wrong I have smelt food and thought about it, but thats it. I’m not starving. I have not had body aches or stomach pains, headachs, nothing. The only problem or question is, my BM’s have never been regular, on day 3 I did a SWF, I have been taking a herbal Lax, When shoul I do another flush? Everybody, I am on my 4th day of 21 and feel great. I have stuck to the program and everything has worked perfectly. Additionally, I have been taking the P & B shakes and this morning after my saltwater flush...Cha...ching! A lot of very intersting old garbage worked its way out. I am writing this just to let everyone know that it does work. It may take longer for some people to feel good on the MC or longer for some to produce the mucoid garbage on the P & B shakes, but it will eventually come and be worth it. Keep the faith! DAB p.s.
