Just thought that I would throw in my 2 cents... My Chows will not eat dead raw meat, like chicken parts from the market. They are very serious about their food; picky and discriminating. I have tried all the most expensive stuff, like frozen “Raw Meaty Bone”, etc., but they will not touch it unless it is cooked. Some days they don’t want to eat much, other days they eat a lot. You might want to try Barefoot Herbalist MH’s Liver Flush Kit. I have used it a couple times and I really liked it. He adds herbs to the Epsom salts and the oils which makes the flush less disturbing to the gut. You still have to buy grapefruit or lemon for juice. Very interesting about your stone getting larger. If you want my guess on what is going on, I would guess that the stone is actually breaking down, the components of the stone are loosening up therefore making the stone seem temporarily larger. This increase in size may be what happens before it breaks open into small gravel and sand. I would be very encouraged if I were you. My recommendation is to keep taking stone breaking herbs. I do not remember exactly what the measurements were, but I think that I was told that about 2 sonimeters were normal size common bile duct, but mine was 7 sonimeters. I think 9 is considered very large and may indicate obstruction. There were not obstructions noted, however. The eggs contain lecithin, which has been a very common cure for gallstones for many years. I have heard that lecithin is still prescribed in Germany for gallstones. I have been taking lecithin since I did my 23 rd liver flush and I have not been getting any hardened cholesterol since I started taking the lecithin. Everyone is so different in the condition that his or her liver may be in. I have done a lot of flushing before I started to add plant fats regularly to my diet, along with cutting out a whole bunch of “foods” that are not healthy. Chanca Piedra, Sandra Cabot’s liver formula, and Stone Free are all good. Until you are done flushing (no more stones), I recommend a good liver tonic on a regular basis. I have done 30 flushes, and during the process there were times of inconsistant behavior from my liver. If I remember correctly, bile is necessary to get a darker coloring to stool. The ultra sound tech was really understanding about ”flushing”. She had me hold my breath and then she pressed hard against my gallbladder and moved the ultra sound wand back and forth.
