Hi. I have seen in a few places that you should not fast if you have kidney disease. I recently found that I have mild kidney disease. GFR is at stage 2. I think this is normal and projectile vomiting, coughing,sweating and other forms of elimination are just a normal part of your body trying to eliminate contaminants and regulate its own cycles. Like the other poster said, I think you are really toxic and that is why your tongue is showing the white plaque known as thrush. I took a detox bath minus one of the three ingredients the other day. I generally retain too much sodium so was holding off on more baking soda. I didn’t have the right ACV. Hi Moreless. I was experimenting with the detox bath. On the ACV bath with epsom and h2o2, I noticed after the bath I had the wrong ACV. It was store brought and it read Apple Cider Vinegar(large print), (flavored) in small print. I used two quarts. IT is vinegar with 5 percent acidity, distilled. Hello RS14. Yes my fasts were water only. The first fast was 28 days and resulted in hypokalemia( low potassium) and the second fast was 32 days. I found the second fast easier perhaps because I had completely changed my eating patterns. I also started juicing fresh fruits and vegetables more regularly. water fasting every other day is called EOD. There are some posts on curezone on the topic. It has been recommended by some individuals to do that prior to fasting as it does not alter the metabolism as much. As long as you do not binge eat on your eating days , you generally see a net loss. Before beginning that in your case , I would refeed appropriately and found out if you have some form of vitmain C, vitamin K, Iron or other deficiency or condition so as not to worsen it. Well it sounds like you have had fair exposure, but that does not mean you got anything just because you were around it. I worked as a volunteer in a ER and was highly exposed to a patient with active contagious TB with spread to her brain and I was fine and luckily did not have to take any further protocols. Hi 90031. I found water fasting diminshed a number of my scars. I had a few hot plate/oven burns on the hands where one scar is completely gone and the other has faded significantly. Hi . I am still post water fast. Getting some weird reactions and looking to understand if anyone has a clue or conjecture they want to offer up. My first introduction to holistic practitioner was a suggestion to get this type of juicer. My husband bought it for us as an anniversary gift to ourselves. I like it but it has a lot of pieces to clean and sometimes they require vigorous scrubbing. I have a valve seal that needs replacement so will try on that. Chrisb1 do you have suggestions or guidelines regarding your own 2 25 day fasts and 1 30 day fast recovery from advanced leukemia? Did you most adhere to juices, what type? However, the sentiment ”felt horrible afterwards, nauseated but not able to vomitt” you expressed , I believe is probably from breaking the fast inappropriately. I am guessing you did not break it with juice or juicy fruits? 15 days is a good fast and your digestive enzymes and the like had already entered into the resting state while ketosis took over. From my experience, the hunger does not dissipate as rapidly as it does with some fasters. I would call myself a slow metabolizer. When other fasters are calmly coasting into ketosis with no hunger pains at day five it may take me till day 8 or 10 for that comfort level. Most definitely I find the first 4 days the hardest and I dont smoke , drink caffeine in general, don’t drink alcohol or anything else.
