Hello, Wondering if anyone can give me any feedback on Yin Yoga. I’ve read a little about it and know there’s one book written but that’s about all. I’ve got chronic myofacial pain which is being worked on by an expert in myofacial release technique, however, it’s a Catch 22. I cannot exercise cuz of the extreme discomfort in my body but the body needs to stretch and move. Hello, Haven’t seen anyone posting recently who is using Castor Oil for oil pulling. Went back to beginning of this forum and found 1 person but didn’t find any follow-up. Anyone using Castor Oil or have used in past? I tried it for first time yesterday. Hello, Hoping I can get some data here. This wkend I spoke to a woman in my local health food store who told me about Oreganol Super Stregth P73. She said it stopped her fibromyalicia 7 yrs ago and she attributes ”having bones of a 35 yr old” at age 64 (from her bone scan test) to oil of oregano. She said her niece is now taking it becuz of cancer. I’ve got Chronic Myofacial Pain Syndrome (being treated weekly by a physiotherapist who works w/trigger points, etc) which is at the worst stage presently. I personally know someone who did urine therapy w/absolutely nothing to report!!! It is stupid!! And even IF you wanted to do this, your body has to be free of toxins completely!!! The individual that I know that did this had been on a special de-tox program for 1 entire month. But even then, how does one know what could and probably is left inside the body that’s being expelled thru the urine? Hello, Hope this is OK to post on this forum w/this question. Anyway, I am wondering if there is any other way to get rid of seborrheic keratosis besides going to a dermatologist to have liquid nitrogen used to remove? I’ve searched the internet and have found nothing. This is of no threat only that it’s making me self-conscious. Also, what exactly causes this condition? I do a quick brush w/the baking soda so as to get off any leftover risidue from oil pulling. I then brush w/soap which I find more pleasing than having salty baking soda in my mouth. Besides, brushing w/soap makes your mouth feel so clean. I’ve been brushing sopa for nearly 2 1/2 wks and cannot believe the difference in my teeth, my gums--I wish I had known all this years ago. It’s oil pulling and soap for me--can’t get much simpler than that.   [End]

Because there’s a vested interest in keeping people sick!!! Think of what would happen to the drug companies, insurance, doctors, etc.--it’s a house of cards that would come tumbling down. It’s a vicious cycle.
