I was inspired by a previous message by digitalman (11 days ago) and decided to try B3 vitamin and took a 500mg pill with a meal a few hours ago. So have you done 25 liver flushes like me and how many stones approx. have you passed? I would estimate that the amount I have passed is around 2000 stones and that includes some huge ones. Hi, There is absolutely no need to use the epsoms if you can’t find any. Not even once have I used and my flushing has been very successfull (about 20 flushes). Of course you need to use some other method then like a SWF. The taste is pretty horrid at first though but it gets easier after a few flushes. At least for me it did. An enema the next morning is an option too. I’m sure that you can get enema bags from a pharmacy. It would be better in these cases that you would empty your bowels with an enema before the flush or with something like Oxy-Powder (you can order it from the UK) the ...

Have you tried SWFs? I don’t like the idea of enemas either; that’s why i do a SWF in the morning after the flush. It goes straight through you but bowels should be empty when you do it. Works perfectly for me. Salt water flushes are the way to go! Though i have to add that the taste of salt water is just horrid. The good thing is that the OO/juice mix is a piece of cake after SWFs.   [End]

Has anyone has results using high fat foods eaten at the same time one would drink the oil? I have extreme reactions from all oils; so much so that I am too frightened to do the liver flush. I read somewhere that someone passed some stones after eating a very fatty hamburger after not eating for a day or so. I would imagine that the pressuse build up of bile after eating no-fat for a day and then eating a high fat food (whip cream? ice cream? melted butter?) might work?
