There’s something we all want: beautiful, young legs! As we age, our legs are actually the body part that we have the MOST control over. My legs, now in my 40’s, look the same as they did in my 20’s.
If you think about it:
The bones in your legs haven’t changed. The skin on your legs is more taunt than anywhere on your body. Of all places, we carry the least amount of fat on our legs, too.
What makes legs look less lovely as we get older, is lack of muscle tone. And we have full control over that!
