I have recently been told by a doctor (MD), a nutritionist, a personal trainer, a Naturopath, and my chiroprator (geesh) that 6 small meals or rather eating something (even if it be a handful of raisens or a piece of fruit) every 2-3 hours and to never go longer than 4 hours w/out food.
Couldn’t believe all those different types of professions would agree on one thing. I am confused.
