the pokerman is not explaining himself well. you should really try therapeutic doses of good quality salt. it doesn’t just affect ph, it is a strong antibiotic, antiparasitic (they are using it to treat lyme disease), antifungal, will help to restore stomach acid, helps to restore low adrenal function (which will help energy levels), it will help you to absorb water better, and a lot more.
cheap and easy, 1/2-1 teaspoon in water 1/2 hour before meals, or just add a lot of extra salt to your food. if you don’t like the taste of strong salt then it is probably not good for you.
