After dry fasting for five days, best is to drink a sip of water to break fast, then drink a bit more as per thirst. Next day you may drink some juice from orange or grapefruit. If you do a liver flush, the heavy oil and grapefruit will be very hard on your body. Also Epsom salt will take all water from your body and dump it in your colon, you will dehydrate. I do liver flushes after one or two days of water fast, but after five days of dry fast it will be hard. Take caution here. Refeed for at least five days with juices and then do a liver flush. So I saw the Endocronologist yesterday. I told her that my gyno had diagnosed me with PCOS and diabetes even though I seemed to just have these problems within the last year while on Mirena. She agreed with me that Mirena DOES cause testosterone levels to spike, Mirena DOES cause periods to stop and Mirena DOES cause insulin resistance.
