I bet you are gluten intolerant like me. If so, you’d have to stick to a strict gluten free diet to cure it (no wheat, barley, or rye). If you feel an improvement while you’re on the candida diet then that supports my theory that you may be gluten intolerant (since the candida diet is essentially a gluten free diet with added restrictions). Hi, I have sustained minor damage to my optic nerve and now I am seeing black spots and white flashes of light. I also have a light pressure behind the eyes and it feels like they are being strained. Raider, I don’t think there is a blueprint as everyone is different, BUT I personally felt a marked improvement right away after the assessment and recommendations. I had been taking the sample protocol for a few months but understandably had missed some SEM in my personal testing. Is there a copy of the retirement letter somewhere? Gary is not a young man (I’m guessing late 60’s early 70’s)? And I’m sure he didn’t get rich with his EFT tapes etc, though he probably made a decent living. Raider, I also had an answer from Stephen. He first and foremost wants to be sure those who want this get it. Memory or a slow processor speed should not have much of an effect on downloads (I work in the IT field) so you should be fine as your internet connection and having space on your drive should be the only real factors. They are PDF files so you need to be able to read them. The bottles we reuse are soaked long enough to soften the label and take it off and then Stephens is applied. Raider, Good for you! I trust it will work as well for you as it has for us here. Personally I always go ahead and put a file on a stick or disk, I am not one to trust the HD on a computer. Raider, It is very exciting, and becomes even more so when you begin to experience it. The labels I have seen from Stephen from SEM were printed on the Avery clear adhesive labels. Our animal ones were. We just print ours on regular paper in color and use packing tape to protect them from water when pouring. This works mostly, and if one is damaged you just print more if you have the file from the download. Raider, I missed a couple of things, sorry. I downloaded my book and labels, but you can buy the materials for the prices you state. Book in PDF format and labels in the same were $49.95. It is a complete set of labels. My wife preferred a hard copy of the book so we bought one for her. If you download the labels you may print more if needed, but yes they are good unless damaged.
