By #53126, The ammonia/NPN problem can cause folks to fall asleep after an offending meal, after all or most meals if food quality and health sufficiently poor. This happened to me for years, was told it was blood sugar, but the corrective measures for that did not solve problem. Hi LD DI The part of the protocols I am using are the moreless alkalizing drink, the 3% H2O2 foot bath and the H2O2 or ACV spraying before and after showers. I take the drink 3 to 4 times a day for about 5 days a week with a lot of lime water (10 TBSP). I feel that given years of acidosis I really needed the calcium. I’m living proof of this Moreless! I definitely tan more easily since my alkaline reserves have gone up through your alkalizing drink. The coconut oil has also helped in giving me a tan and prevented a burn...apparently it has a natural spf of about 10. I think I may have just experienced the quickest recovery from diverticulosis ever made. I started having symptoms on Monday night which made me have a very restless night with litte sleep. I would be willing to bet that 99% of people do not do these protocols in moderation. I thought I was, in the beginning but still over did and had to back off on the baths some. With MS, you can’t tolerate heat well. After many tries I did start getting the amounts just right for ”ME”. As time went on I could add more ingredients and up the temp of the water. I have taken and passed a test for my 2nd degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. Our school is non-traditional in some respects as we incorporate weapons defense, grappling (Brazilian Jujitsu), and Krav Maga.
