I’d recommend just swiping the free packets at restaurants (if you don’t go to any restaurants, then have a family member or friend who does get some for you). This is my suggestion for bad breath / body odor. Take clay baths regularly. Take clay internally. In the morning, after you do oil pulling, put around three tablespoon of hydrated clay inside your mouth and keep them there. Use your tongue to move the clay around, i.e. gum, teeth, under the tongue etc. except do not swallow. This is just to make sure the clay is in contact with all parts of the mouth except to swallow it. Allgergies are usually targeted against some sort of protein. I drink aspartame drinks for years, my friend does and none of us has pains of any sort so far. Yes, that gum is toxic. If you find the ”healthy” kinds, make sure to read the ingredients, sometimes the xylitol gums also have aspartame. Have you done total body cleansing? It would be better if you got rid of the root of the bad breath problem. Then all you would need would be to chew on some parsley or a mint leaf, or maybe eat an organic breath mint made with molasses or something like that. Or just brush your teeth and tongue.   [End]

I’ve been oil pulling/swishing for a little over three weeks now. My gums are healing (no more bleeding and pain), my mouth and I assume my breath is fresher, my teeth are whiter (which is really blowing my mind), my cracked heals are healing and I have much less dandruff! But it turns out almost ALL OF THE CHEWING GUM were labeled ”SUGAR FREE” and in the ingredients it had ASPARTAME..... I rely on chewing gum because of bad breath. I agree with most of what you say about the dangers of Aspartame. The FDA should never have approved it. As you probably know, there is an herbal sweetener called Sevia which is far safer than sugar or Aspartame, but the FDA will not allow it in prepared foods, because, according to them it is not generally recognized as safe. I believe that millions of peoples’ lives have been ruined, lost or adversely effected because of the FDA’s position on Aspartame and stevia. Is there any way we can sue the bastards?
