Two more things that are improving my brain function/helping my recovery:
1. The digestive enzyme, papain. I am trying a product called Papaya Mint Digest-Aid. Made by Nature’s Sunshine. It’s a bit expensive, unfortunately, but I buy it when I can.
The tablets are made from green papaya, peppermint leaf and oil, plus a little sugar.
Taken before or with a meal, they aid digestion.
Taken on an empty stomach, they seem to be clearing/cleaning the body, and after several months taking them (for a week or two, then a break of a week or two, then taking them again) I have notice ...
