I just want to add to the acne- type O topic. I am 36 and have suffered from adult Acne since about age 24, although probably no one would call it severe acne, my skin is VERY oily. After giving up wheat, my skin is clear and my face is thinner. I guess it was puffy so many years, I didn't even know. If I go near a wheat thin, it feels like my skin is coated with wax! Wheat-free for me-
