Hi Harry, Just start over as day 1 or day 15, your call. I spent 1 year, 2003, working with a chinese herbalist, the herbs helped but we did not address diet so not much was accomplished, in Jan. 2004 I went on dr. hulda clarks dental program, and did 6 liver flushes, then I met MH online in November 2004 and by January 2005 I had completed the 40 day oj fast and then stayed on MHs program, school of applied prevention, herbs etc and I have never felt better in my life.

Healing takes a long time if you are systemically biopoisoned like I was, from polluted air, toxic dental metals and acidic and or wrong eating habits, stress etc.

You can take control of your health anytime you want to. Just do everything the obeynature site recommends. I was almost dead from biopoisoning from dental metals, dr. clarks dental research saved my life. I know if you are serious about healing skin, etc you will be fine if you just trust nature, study, learn and apply what you learn.
