Your negative attitude says a lot about why your results haven't met your expectations. If you believe a regimen "sucks," then it does and will never work for you. You've lived with your afflictions, poor health and negativity for 18 years - you cannot undo the physical and psychological damage in a few months of fasting, liver flushes, vegan diets, etc. How do you eat an elephant??? One bite at a time!

No magic bullet exists - if you think otherwise, you're wasting your time and money and energy. Achieving optimal health is a journey that takes time, patience, perseverence, education and great faith in your body to heal itself.

You must give your body permission to heal itself. Then, with the help of a natural remedy or process, give it time to do its work.
