Fast for THREE months? Or is that just vegan diet? I am vegan, not 100% raw though. Does bread count as raw? I also mix proteins and carbohydrates. I'm not interested in diets though, I want to know about the fast.

I went to a master chinese herbalist who gave me a 16 herb combination for my heat/dampness (what my problems fall under in TCM). He said I should see change in 1 month, but of course I remain skeptical seeing as so much has failed me already. Would fasting increase the effectiveness of these herbs?
