What is your diet like??? You can help so many things simply by changing your diet. I would try to eat as high percentage raw as possible. Also, skin conditions are the last to heal because through detox, the toxins come out the skin...it will probably take one to three months for you to see a difference in your skin. It definetly took me that long- and I have been 100%raw vegetarian since December.
