Hi,
I'm both far & near sighted & for the last 2 years my eyesight has improved. This is what I've done.

Living Raw Foods 50-75% of my diet, mostly organic.
Cut out dairy, sugar & processed foods.
Colon cleanse & liver cleanse.
Changed all my cleaning products to natural products around the house.
Use natural shampoos, soap, toothpaste, etc.
Don't wear my glasses around the house.

Also, my eye doctor is working with me. When he does the eye exam, he makes my prescription one step weaker so that my eyes will adjust to becoming stronger.

I believe that if we work at making our bodies healthier, why wouldn't our eyes improve?
