Welcome to good health, I'm sure you'll do fine. I'm not sure why psyllium husks are avoid for O's. I did the ultimate diet and used the psyllium husks with great success. after I went off my cleanse, I went to flax seed which is a highly benificial. Flax seed is used in some colon cleansers for people who get "scratched" from psyllium husks.

You might also want to get to be friends with Raider. ( a regular poster on this board) she buys threelac in bulk, and is nice enough to save us some money on that. the threelac is for candida.
Be patient, it took years to get in bad health, it will take several months to fix it.
