Paul Bragg was "ONE" of the VERY BEST, maybe the best in the past 100 years to write and teach others. Sadly he was a sex hound and that eventually was his end.

The vinegar is DEAD, it is better than the cheap 1 gallon jugs in store that is a fake vinegar. Real Vinegar is alive and can not be shipped easily, it will explode a glass container. I have been able to to vacum quart jars for years.

For the purpose of cleansing fruits, Braggs is just fine, just expensive. I pay something like $3 a gallon for the REAL live product from the Amish.
