Hi dandelion. Correct, I am 18, but I have been suffering from these problems almost as long, so unfortunately I have some catching up to do to get healthy. I'm not sure if I fully understood your post (spelling and what not), but I think you are telling me to keep eating the oats? I suppose it wouldn't be a bad idea, as eventually it would have to come out. Do you think this will restore a regular bowel function as well? That's my main thing: to get my bowel's flowing again so I can do a flush.
