Hi all! I was just at Chapters tonight & read excerpts of Eating right for your Type in which they say Ezekiel bread is highly beneficial. I think Quinoa is also a beneficial. It's a relatively new "wonder grain". I just ordered the book on ebay so I will post a list once I get it! Stay tuned!!!!!!!!!
