I was actually going for 40, but again, the general gist of what I got from MH's answers seemed to me that flushing is more effective for the liver. I've read about people fasting for 40 days without their skin clearing up in the other MH forum, so I concluded that fasting must not be the best way to rid of deep rooted liver waste.
