when i read MH's response to your question, i agree that it was vague but i thought that he said that it is not really necesary to liver flush while you are fasting. my personal observations are that fasting is far superior, for health, than liver flushing. i also feel that my main problems lie with my liver. i have done 6 liver flushes now and will do them when i am done with the fast. i can't imagine that all my health problems will magically disappear after i fast or flush. nor should you. this will take time and patience.
you mentioned all the things you can do to disolve and remove stones at the same time. rushing through this is, in my own experience, not the best approach to healing yourself.
as to my skin conditions....being that i don't go to doctors(although i did breakdown and see one in october for a repritory thing related to my main problems- it reminded me why i don't go to them...but that's another story) i don't have a "medical" name for it. it consists mostly of dandruff that is on my face, where my beard would grow. it also is rashes that develop on my eyebrows w/ some dandruff. also a splotchy red spot on my face that gets scaley on the right side of my nose. these symptoms are not there at all times or all at the same time. they usually "flare up" and coincide with not feeling well. in the last few months, there seems to be a correlation between parasite cleansing and this condition. which leads me to ask you if you have done a parasite cleanse? sometimes a skin condition and parasite infestation are related.
