sorry to hear that. today is day 22 for me. i noticed much activity taking place after day 14. i suspect if the last two days are any indication, i will see even more activity after day 21. my skin conditions have improved since the second week. i also have been doing hot baths followed by a sitz bath since the first few days. in the last few days i have noticed a marked increase in liver activity, sometimes bordering on the uncomfortable. i am assuming that it is the result of some form of cleansing.

any comments on what i might be experiencing would be appreciated.

harry, i'm telling you this so that you can have a better idea what you can accomplish if you decide to tackle a fast again. a single fast or flush might not be enough to defeat your problems. it might take time. from my own experiences i can tell you that you cannot give up, even if something does not work. try something else or try it again.
