Mh, don't take this the wromg way. But if I wanted a md opinion I'd ask my own md.
Thought I'd ask someone like yourself who's into natural therapys for your opinion.
I've already taken the drug route and it isn't for me (very dangerous stuff). I've had health problems from to much cholesterol in the blood sytem in the past(bad habits)
and was wondering if there's a way of lowering Ldl naturally with herbs or of sorts!
Maybe what I'm doing now with my health is just fine and need to give it time, which is probably the case. Took years to mess it up and will take some years to undo it!
Thanks for you suggestions though!
