Sweet Wheat is a very good freeze dried product.Freeze drieing is the most costly way to process.Green Kamut is a mixture of wheat and alfalfa 65-35%.Sweet wheat is grown in a green house,green kamut is grown outside via farming!I have used both and prefure green kamut for overall value.iherb.com has green kamut at a very good price.
