Wheatgrass can stimulate a detox reaction which means it is working but if you are speaking about actually drinking it, we give it to people for the first time and always offer a small glass of orange juice as a chaser which is a nice aftertaste from the grass taste.

Over time, your taste buds seem to acclimate to the taste of wheatgrass and your body begins to love it.
