Chlorophyll is a stable substance its enzymes that are unstable and easy to destroy.Companys that make powders such as Pines International,Green Foods Corp.,Green Kamut and many more good companys.Use expensive extraction techniechs to save as many nutrients as possible.They also do labratory tests to validate nutrient content.This info is availiable to the puplic.The only reason I wrote about this was to uplift and edify through truthfull facts.I truly hope I didnt offend anyone!That was not my intentions.
