Thanks Zoe, I think I'll try that. I did do an enema last night after a two hour run, because things still were not moving. I do have plenty of grass, not sure how the wheatgrass enema works though. Personally, I'd rather get things moving by other means without having to stick objects up me bum, but I'll do it if its a last resort.
