Parsely can be grown for 2 years if the root system survives the winter.The 2nd years growth is greatly enhansed by the established root system.That is when you can expect maximum growth.I just plant and let it run its natural coarse.A little compost twice a year,and a lot of patiance.Some watering when needed!!At the end of the 2nd year I harvest the root as well.Happy growing!
