I've taken protbiotics for around 5+ years.

I've utilized various kind but I have pretty much been on them consistently for that long.

I have consumed kefir, taken primal defense, taken acidophilus pearls, taken kombucha tea, etc.

I know that they help a lot of people. They've never helped me.
