I totally believe that my sinus problems are caused by fungi. They don't seem to be fixed by any nasal spray; not even ones with grapefruit seed extract.

I'm not sure about that elimination of allergy causing foods either. I've had this problem through many lifestyle diet changes. "In my experience, some patients with chronic sinusitis show marked improvement after identifying and avoiding allergenic foods."

I'm really trying to destroy them with this chlorine dioxide profile (MMS). I just hope there is no great collateral damage in the process.
