Thank you Naturalist and Chrisb1. I really enjoy your contributions to CZ.

Well it should be interesting to see what detox symptoms pop up. I still feel ravenous and itchy as of Day 6 , but I have some meds to detox so I probably shouldn't be surprised. Funny thing is I had been on alot of steroids in the last year and when I took them they always made me hungry. Just wondering if they are exiting the system the residues of the drug can have the same effect? Actually I feel very fortunate as this is the first time in many attempted short fasts to make it to day 6.

I hope to fast 44 days as they say it takes 6 weeks to break a habit ect, not to mention the deep level of detox and healing I hope will result. Well I am taking it day by day for now.
