Yes, this is reported commonly, and I experienced the same.

The part some folks seem to have trouble with is not wanting to go gung-ho and keep taking more and more and more.

Myself included.

Although I've not experienced any bad symptoms from long-term large quantity supplementation (which I stopped over a month ago), there have been others who have.

More is not necessarily better, not is it necessarily worse. This forum is at the cutting edge & if you read a bunch, maybe you too can get near it.
