Hi:

if you read my archives, you will find that I am strictly against this insanity of Liver Flushes. Liver-Flush is a very very rough flush, hard on the body and in the end, after myself doing a dozen of them, I was still looking for answers.

I am so sad, that so many ppl are being sucked up into this snake oil therapy of Liver Flush and drinking oil on a regular basis.

For acne, I have 2 advice. Look in ZINC supplementation. Acne could be a zinc deficiency. Something which is really good for your skin & whole body is oxygen. Read up on H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) therapy and how it can clear up your skin and bowels. clean up your diet, with plenty of fruits/veggies and good combo of cooked and raw. No sugar/ deep fried/ white flour etc.
